Shipping Policy

Delivery options

  • We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

  • Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address.

  • Standard shipping is free for Jewelry Products for customers in Australia and orders over AU$99 for other countries' customers. Please refer to Shipping Time and Shipping Restrictions for more information on countries that are out of delivery.

  • All delivery options and their corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout.

  • Orders may be delayed due to high demand. Thank you for understanding.


Shipping times

Shipping time starts from the moment an order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This is usually 1-3 business days after your order is accepted. Kindly note that processing time and shipping time can take longer during sales.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is displayed on the specific product description pages.

  • North America,United States, Canada     express 3-10days,  standard 10-20 Business Days.

  • Europe,United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Greece, Denmark    express 5-10 Business Days , standard 8-15 Business Days

  • Asia Japan, South Korea, Thailand,Philippines, Kuwait, Malaysia . express 3-10 Business Days, standard 10-15 Business Days

  • Other Regions & Countries , express 5-15 Business Days, standard 10-30 Business Days

In situations of custom delays, shipping time may take longer than usual. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are filled in correctly at checkout to avoid any possibilities of a failed delivery. If you find that your order information is wrong, please get in touch with our customer service (add link) with your order number and correct shipping details as soon as you can. We apologise for not being able to redirect or withdraw any orders once items have been dispatched.

For failed delivery caused by wrong or inaccurate shipping details from the customer, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
